PC game problem that I was told could be fixed here

I play overwatch on PC and as of recently I can't seem to play it past the loading screen without it saying a connection error has occurred. Its been happening since the last game event update. I've tried uninstalling then reinstalling the game, restarting
my PC, and adjusting the compatibility windows. The problem in the end seems to do with something called ping. After talking to an Xbox service helper she had me test my ping levels and their only 26. I can't remember what the levels have to be for Overwatch
but it needs to be a big higher I think.

The lady who sent me here said that there was a way to change the ISP connections or something so the ping could be better.

If its not clear already from how I'm wording this, I'm not to tech savvy so I'd need some detailed instructions on how to fix this.

PREMIUM GOLD JUMBO, hacked....

My problem would be probably fixed if my region support could help me. I've called them, but they told my account is linked to the US and i can't change it. So i had to call American support. Some international calls wouldn't be a big problem, if only this
issue would be fixed fast. And the guy told me they'd call me today, but that didn't happen, it's not fair. And i'll have to call them again if i want my money back.

Same here dude i contacted the support team and they only told me thanks for reporting this problem thats all but hopefully it can be fixed i am looking forward to signing in to my account on there

Hey there!

I can't think of any game where you would want a higher ping. Generally you want that number pretty low because it basically is telling you how much latency you're going to end up with. That said, we don't have any troubleshooting for issues with
Overwatch on PC, especially as your issues appear to stem from a game update. You'll want to reach out to
Blizzard Support and see if they can get you back in the game.

I did exactly what you told me, is that if I totally delete xbox + all games from my pc and reinstall it will fix the problem?

I have they did not help they told me to do all things i have already tried and when i told them i had already do that they stopped replying. So i posted the problem the here to see if anyone knew how to fix it or to find out what could be causing the
problem.

Same problems here!

No April maps, no Crossword in daily challenge. Funny thing when logging in got told data was out of date on my PC.

Microsoft support appears to lack any action on fixing the problems

I reported the same and the Support team told me its a platform issue and not an in-game problem and that I have to report it to Microsoft directly. I have no problems with any other game and I have a cutting edge PC with latest hardware, software & drivers.
