PC Game pass random sign out

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Kindly repair the app by following the steps below:

Settings > Apps & Features > Apps > Search for the App > Advanced Options > Repair > Restart your PC.

Something I recently found out, and this is a change on Microsoft's part, if the game has been removed from the Game Pass, you can no longer play the game. On the XBox, it'll prompt you to insert the disk or sign into an account that purchased the game,
on the PC is gives a erroneous and random renewal message.

Check to make sure the game is still a Game Pass Ultimate Game. The games availability are different between the PC and XBox, so it could be removed from one and not the other.
