    PC Game Pass Not Loading In Games.


    Greetings. I am experiencing a quite critical error with the xbox app and game pass. About half of the games get stuck on loading screen with no possibility of being fixed. I have tried about 15 solutions and restarted my computer even more times than that. The problem is that I will load in a new game, and it refuses to move past the intro screen. Games that do this so far are: No Mans Sky, Project Winter, Astroneer, Human Fall Flat, and Deep Rock Galactic. I have been on forums for 2 days looking for solutions, deleting caches, resetting apps, searching for updates, reinstalling apps. However, each one of these games refuses to move past the loading screen. Is the service just a piece of garbage? Steam has never once failed to load me into a game, yet the xbox app is at about a 30% success rate. What problem could possibly be causing my Xbox app to just completely fail with half of it's game? If you have the same problem and reply to this with, "me too" I will poop in my pants and ship it to you.

    Yes, i have the game for free through Game Pass on PC. I had already played a few hours of the game but when i go in to try to load my save on PC there is not an option to load save.

    Sorry to hear that you are having issues loading your games from Xbox Game Pass for PC. Let us check on this together so you will get back to gaming.

    As per your description, you are stuck in loading the games. Please correct me if I'm wrong, are you referring to launching the game? Did you encounter an error message? Please post the error message here and use this as guide, How to include a screenshot in your post.

    You may also try suggested troubleshooting below and skip the ones you already performed.

    Keep Windows and Xbox apps updated.

    Make sure you know your Xbox or Microsoft account password. Sign out and sign back in to Microsoft Store and Xbox apps.

    Restart device.

    Turn off or disable all antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall and PC Optimizer.

    Relaunch game and check if it you encounter an error message or if it crashes.

    Please check Xbox Networking. Go to Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking. Let us know if it gives you an error message or search it on here: Xbox Support

    Uninstall one game and reinstall back. Kindly check if issue still persist.

    I'm using Game Pass PC and the MSFS folder is currently at 966 meg(less than 1%). It seems like MS would want to do some pre-loading before the last minute if not to make their customers happy at least to ease the load on their servers.

    Came here hoping to find a way to pre-load on Game Pass PC just in case I was missing something. Guess I wasn't missing anything! Bummer.
