pc game pass launcher will not start up

I have the same issues on both my computers running Windows 10. Both are gamers PC 1 a desktop the other a laptop. Both are HP OMEN gamer systems with very good graphics cards and I can sign-in on the web but not my app or any game in it other than on
the web. I have uninstalled it several times on the 29th of December, 2020. The only thing that changed was I purchased Cyberpunk2077 and installed it a few days ago and today I start receiving warnings about possible issues with graphics not functioning properly
but yet Cyberpunk plays just fine by its own Icon on desktop. I did install a GOG launcher for Cyberpunk it was the only way to purchase it for PC at the time I purchased the game.

i got the message now from xbox so i installed it again.

sadly still not working.

still not working and i dont have a blue message in my launcher but the powershell says the gaming service do not exist.

edit: i tried to make a new ntfs but i can only make a new one of 45 gb but i have 1tb....

its on my normal c drive and i tried serveral times to reinstal the game but it never works.

i trying 3 days now already.

and my games on steam are working so its not my dhard drive.

im thinking about just losing the game pass and buy the game on steam.

Do you have the game installed on D: or any external partition?
If yes, could you try reinstalling the game on the C:. partition?

Or if possible try creating a new NTFS partition and install the game there to see how it goes
