    PC Game Pass Issue


    I purchased the game pass for PC as did my friends. but I'm not seeing the same games available to download. For example, my friends downloaded Back 4 Blood, but I don't even see it it the list of games. I shared my screen and they said their Xbox app even looked different, where at the top it should have a game pass tab but mine doesn't. I verified I have a subscription to 'PC GAME PASS' under my Microsoft account. I also noticed when i open the Xbox app, a message pops up at the top saying 'Xbox game pass not available in your region'. I am in the USA.

    Ultimate is not the issue. I'm not sure what is, but Ultimate is not a requirement. Ultimate is a bundled subscription of Gold, Game Pass for console, and Gane Pass for PC. If you're only using the PC, you only need Game Pass for PC otherwise you have 2 subscriptions you don't need. Sea of Thieves is available on Game Pass for PC and buying Ultimate wouldn't change anything about the game.

    PC Game Pass Issue

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Please make sure that your PC’s location is set to the correct region/county where the subscription is supported.

    Windows settings > Time & Language > Country or Region.

    After making the changes make sure to quit and re-launch the app.
