PC game pass for a child

I'm currently trying to get a PC Game pass for both of my daughters. I have gone into the Microsft account which is set up for both children, but because of their age it asks a parent to sign in before the pass can be purchased.

This is where the problem is, I sign into my account using an email address and password, that I know is correct.

It then takes an age to come up to the next screen, but when it does it comes up, saying there is a problem, which maybe down to too many sign on attempts please try again later.

As mentioned, there hasn`t been too many sign on attempts, I tried doing this multiple times yesterday and have just tried again today. Everytime i get the same error message.

I have tried doing this on both pc's, multiple times in the last 3 days, with the same response

It's 2 x children's accounts on 2 x individual pc's.

These are both brand new pc's

The screen comes up with "Parent: Approval required" which I understand.

So I need to enter my email address and sign into my Microsoft account.

But when I enter the correct details the following screen comes up:

Can you clarify exactly which accounts are giving you sign in issues? Is it the parent account, both of the children accounts or just one of the child accounts? Also, can you provide us with an error code or a screenshot of the error you are receiving? Do your daughters share a PC, or do they both have their own separate devices and are they signed into their devices?

Have you tried clearing the browser cache or utilizing the browser's private function?

What I would recommend would be to set the Xbox as your home by following the steps here: Designate a home Xbox. Then you create
a child account and add family members on the Xbox. There is a lot of information about

Getting game pass ultimate is a good idea as include both game pass and Xbox live in one subscription. You can customize the settings of your son's account here

Change your child’s Xbox privacy and online safety settings.

As Game Pass ultimate includes can be used for Xbox and PC you can play in your PC too while your son plays on the Xbox, but as many have said already, Minecraft is not included in Game pass for PC.
