Pc freezing issues when trying to play any game.

My graphics card fully freezes my computer for five to ten seconds with any big game such as Fortnite or Valorant and i don't know why. I don't have much knowledge on computers so I'm not sure on the reason for this but it just started recently and was not happening about three weeks ago. I believe it's my graphics card because of the fact that if i have the game running and I'm in any other program it still freezes my whole computer for about five seconds and comes back for two to three seconds before freezing again. If anyone knows how to resolve this issue it would be greatly appreciated because i am unable to enjoy my favorite games on my new pc. My pc is the skytech rampage which has a Nvidia RTX 5070 Ti and a Ryzen 7 9700X for the CPU.

Biggest issue I have is with Borderlands 3 through EPIC GAMES. Nothing to do with subscriptions. It is 100% Windows issue. Borderlands 3 lags and freezes my whole pc when trying to play it on main windows account. I switched to my girlfriends account and started game there without any issues. Why is that?

There are lag, stop/start, freeze issues when playing an installed version of the game. You could try uninstalling and playing from the disc?

This just freezes for a second or so though, not a full Xbox freeze.

Almost same issue here. Play only on PC with Game Pass, don't have Xbox. It keeps freezing on "Syncing data" screen when I start the game.

I just finished that mission, didn't have any freezing issues myself. I also haven't had any freezing issues since I've been playing for hours on this game. If you don't have the video game installed on your Hard Drive, give that a try.
