[PC] Forza Horizon 5 - Xbox app forces me to download the whole game every update

Whenever there is an update in the game (Forza Horizon 5), the Xbox app seems like it doesn't recognize the update patch and downloads the whole game. The following behaviors were observed through all of the game patches:

The Xbox app recognizes the update patch size but downloads the whole game again anyway. This causes the current download size to go over the expected download size (e.g. 15GB/14GB)

The Xbox app gives an error where the device it's installed on does not have sufficient storage for the update, but the free space in the storage is enough to install the update (e.g. Update Size = 10GB | Free Space = 100GB)

PS - I'm very irritated by this point since even after several Xbox app updates, the issue persists and I don't know where to get help nor found a solution.

This is the 2nd update I've received where it's downloaded the whole game again.

Particularly annoying when downloads on my network are throttled to sub 5Mbps.

This is what helped me and got Forza to download.
1. Go into the Microsoft Store and search Forza Horizon 5 Standard Edition.
2. Next you want to click on Forza Horizon 5 Standard Edition and you want to click Install from the Xbox app.
3. This will take you to the Xbox app and when it takes you to the Forza game scroll down and look at the tab named "Included in this bundle" And click Forza Horizon 5.
4. This should take you to the regular Forza Horizon 5 game rather than the Standard Edition, And then you want to click install and this should download the game.

If the last suggestions didn't help from Jesse here is mine that helped me.
This is what helped me and got Forza to download.
1. Go into the Microsoft Store and search Forza Horizon 5 Standard Edition.
2. Next you want to click on Forza Horizon 5 Standard Edition and you want to click Install from the Xbox app.
3. This will take you to the Xbox app and when it takes you to the Forza game scroll down and look at the tab named "Included in this bundle" And click Forza Horizon 5.
4. This should take you to the regular Forza Horizon 5 game rather than the Standard Edition, And then you want to click install and this should download the game.
