PC FH5 Log-in issue

I have fh5 on my pc through the Xbox app yesterday I was playing convoy with my friend but he could see me and I couldn’t see him we tried everything and got off now I tires playing the game and it tells me that when I got a refund for the game it was removed from my device but I never refunded and game never saw any refund to my account and when I go to the store it says play.

As far as i know, refunds are managed by Microsoft.

And about that convoy issue it is still there since the game was released. Xbox team havent fixed it yet.

Okay, i went to regedit, and found the location of both services listed. I deleted them.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServices]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServicesNet]

Do not try this without a backup. I did made one. Then i restarted PC. When i logged in i went directly to services pannel to see the list of services you have adviced earlier if they are there. All seemed to be fine.

After the boot i went to powershell with admin and typed this: to remove completely Gaming services

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage –allusers

Restarted my PC.

Then i opened MS store and donwloaded Xbox app. When i started it said that i need to fix something and sent me to the page to download Gaming services. I did download them, and restarted the PC once again.

After the boot. I recheck services if they are on the list. I started the MS store, logged in. Started the Xbox app and logged in. Started the game, and voala all was fine and logged into my profile with no issues.

I did try previosly and now with MS store and Xbox reset/restart/reinstal. Didnt get luck.

No i followed your steps. I did saw some services were on manual state. Put them to automatic, and then Restarted the PC. Logged into Xbox, MS Store, started the game = Still the same issue...

I do found that i have two Gaming services, i did try to start the game with every one of them seperatly started. No luck.

These steps can help you, give it a try.

Check for updates on Windows Update, update everything including optional/additional updates.

1. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app in the Windows menu, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset. Do this with the game too.

2. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

3. Open the Microsoft Store app, library>get updates and update everything.

4. Press the Windows Button then type Services.

Right-click over the Services App from the list of results.

Then select Run as Administrator

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

IP Helper

Xbox Live Auth Manager,

Xbox Live Game Save,

Xbox Live Networking Service,

Gaming Services.

Do this with each of the services listed above.

Right-click over the service and select Properties.

Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic.

If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services.

Click Apply and OK to save changes.

5. Restart your PC and see if that solves the problem.
