    PC error 8007274D when attempting to load profile


    Hello, I recently got a subscription to play Xbox games on my computer. I tried to play Perfect Dark but I cant actually play until I load my profile. I have used my same credentials to log into my microsoft account on my browser without a problem multiple times. I have also restarted my computer to see if that would help (to no avail). Has anyone seen this error? What can I do to fix it?

    Also, if you have two-step verification turned on kindly disable it in the meantime.

    Hello! I tried this approach but none of the other alternative suggestions worked to fix my issue. It seems like that page you shared is also specific to the console (I don't own one), do you know of any resource that is specific to Xbox cloud/play anywhere games?

    Edit: I restarted once again and it was able to work. I think in the end the problem was my own PC and not my login information. Thank you for your help!

    Still experienceing this problem as of April 20th, The error code is
    8007274d which seems to be a undocumented error code. It would be greatly appreciated if the staff could look into error code 8007274d.

    To reiterate this is not error 8007274D. This is error code 8007274d.

    To clarify, are you seeing this on an Xbox 360 console? If so, the
    8007274D Error Code Guide     has some additional info and steps that might help. Let us know how that goes!
    Yes, this error applies Xbox 360 console (when exit games or apps).

    8007274D Error Code Guide     does not help.
