    The other day i was trying to pre load Forza Horizon 5 on the game pass PC app and my pc crashed. i opened it back up and it wont let me continue downloading, it removes the game from my library and when i try to download it gets stuck on 0% preparing, and its still taking up the 122GB when i only downloaded up to like 30 gb or so. i know the game taking up 122gb is normal even when not done but it sucks because i have no way to delete it so i basically just lost 122gb to some stupid bug. ive tried searching this online and the only "solution" ive found is a fresh install of windows. i really dont want to do that so if anyone knows how to fix this please let me know

    Please check

    windows > serviceprofiles > networkservice > appdata > local>microsoft > windows > deliveryoptimisation > cache > it should lead you to a folder, the size of which exactly matches the amount of storage you are missing.

    If you can't find the folder on that file path then I'm afraid there's no way else to delete the game.

    Something else. I never had to download my Xbox 360 profile when I first played an Xbox 360 game in my Xbox One. Why do I have to now. Also why does the downloading go well for a while and crash with an error near the end of the downloading? This Backward
    Compatibility seems to be more trouble than it's worth when the games crash up and cause other problems. I might as well get my Xbox 360 back out if these problems continue.

    Forza Motorsports 7 on PC will not load anymore.

    It was purchased for Xbox before it was delisted. I also downloaded and played it for a while on this PC and another before it was delisted. That is how I have it installed on PC. You were never able to buy the physical copy for PC, only digital. I was able to download it through xbox game pass. It still shows installed but crashes after the initial load screen and gives that error code.
