PC Console Companion Party Not Working [0x8923103D]

Trying to start a party/join a party and I get the same error code every time. I've tried restarting and power cycling but its still giving me the same message.

"We cant connect to Xbox Live right now - the service might be down. [0x8923103D]"

Had that same problem. It was working before, but not after a fresh windows install. After trying numerous things,
my personal solution was updating my official lan drivers from the motherboard's website(not the lan driver windows auto installs/ even tho I was connected via wifi, lan drivers mattered for me). Performed a restart and to my relief, working
parties. Hope that helps for anyone coming back to this!

I've been having this issue for months, ever since I got my new PC I haven't been able to connect to any parties or anything.

This app is a load of ....

Why is this app being renamed AGAIN? Can you guys at Microsoft not just decide on a name and just leave it at that? Seriously you guys keep fixing things that aren't broken! I wonder if you are actually messing with the app in the background and that is
the reason why there is an outage with this app. JUST LEAVE IT ALONE!

are they updating it to change it? is that the issue?
