    PC Application Login Loop


    Hello,

    I have seen this issue happening to other people and I have tried the solutions that they have used and nothing seems to work for me. When I try to log in to my Microsoft account, it just reverts me right back to the login screen. I noticed this this issue when trying to log in to Xbox cloud gaming on my iOS device. I then tried to log in on chrome on my PC, did the same thing. So far, I have the same issue in the following browsers on the following devices:

    Safari-iPhone

    Chrome-iPhone

    Edge-iPhone

    Chrome-windows PC

    Edge-windows PC

    I can log in to my Xbox account on my pc in chrome, but when I click on Microsoft account I get the login page again, and then I get the login loop again. I can also access my email without a problem, but the same thing happens when I try to go to my Microsoft account. So far the troubleshooting steps I have taken are as follows:

    Cleared cache and cookies

    Allow 3rd party cookies from the website

    Using incognito mode

    Using different browsers

    Using different devices

    Using different sign on methods

    I may have left out some of the troubleshooting steps I have done but I have tried most of the ones I have found within these forums.

    Please assist me with this issue, this is very annoying and it does lot allow me to do anything in my Microsoft account nor does it allow me to use the Xbox cloud gaming.

    My work around is don't buy Microsoft Flight Simulator from Microsoft Store as this issue is very frustrating.

    Hello,

    It seems I have to restart my PC each time I hibernated or standby to resolve the issue temporarily, this is very annoying... Do you have a real solution to avoid it?

    I'm very happy with your optimisation work which is wonderful, yet I no more count the number of issues of installation, update (I had to resinstall entirely the game in the two latest update!), and startup issues I had since the beginning, I hope you work also on these subjects.

    It's absolutely ludicrous that in 2022 a company as big as Microsoft still can't make software without simple login loop bugs. I mean there are small indie companies that avoid these basic bugs. I have cancelled my game pass and will never buy a game on the xbox app ever again. Congratulations on losing a customer.
