    PBS: Masterpiece Sherlock Episode 3, "Server Unavailable" Error


    Although other episodes play properly, Masterpiece: Sherlock Season 3: His Last Vow (Episode 3) will not play in the PBS app for Xbox 360. There is always an error: "PBS Server Unavailable." I have done all troubleshooting steps: deleting the app, clearing
    the system cache 3 times, restarting the console, and redownloading the app. The error persists and has for the past few days.

    Exactly as it says. EA's servers (or at least the ME servers) are currently down.

    PBS: Masterpiece Sherlock Episode 3, "Server Unavailable" Error

    I had problems with the latest Sherlock episodes when captioning was on. If you have captions on, try turning them off from the app's settings before choosing the Sherlock episode.

    usb device unavailable

    Getting this issue swell with a Seagate 1TB Expansion Drive and a Sandisk 32gb USB pen.

    Can't even watch a 45min episode without getting the "device is unavailable" error 3 or 4 times.

    Terrible!

    what is the PBS app?

    It's a shame, as it was a great way to watch PBS episodes - particularly Secrets of the Dead - on a tv rather than a computer monitor. PBS hasn't responded to my emails requesting updated info, and Microsoft just says to watch the app to see when it becomes
    functional again.

    I checked the service status and it appears to be fine except for the PBS app on the Xbox 360 (and that's been down for weeks).
