    The Error code PBR 9012 - means Use a different way to pay, the System couldn't get authorization from the Bank, if you have more questions, ask your bank and you can tell them to accept the charge that is coming from
    Microsoft.

    Be sure to try a different payment method as KalawangBoy suggested. Be sure the payment method you're using is tied to the region of your current locale, as cross-region accounts and payment methods aren't supported.

    The Error code PBR 9012 - means Use a different way to pay, the System couldn't get authorization from the Bank, if you have more questions, ask your bank and you can tell them to accept the charge that is coming from
    Microsoft.
