    ive seen a few posts back in 2014 for billing and account locks pertaining to the PBR9002 code. Ive seen nothing as far as a legitimate response from MS about this issue. Its now 2016 and the issue is still here? I saw a few things about it being an
    account lock based off Region settings. so I checked, all good there. I checked my billing profile and That looks all good. Payment information and billing for the card. all OK. so what is the dang problem here? I am posting on belhalf of my friends account(This
    profile) that I setup for him. Its a brand new CC. and he renewed his EA Access sub with them just fine.

    i`m try to purchase digital games but i have this error code from 15 days

    im create a new profile but still the same problem error code PBR9002

    all my credit info. is correct and i calling my bank and they tell me the problem not from him

    i think more people have the same problem to
