PBR9002 Purchase issue

Discus and support PBR9002 Purchase issue in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I'm having the same issue as many others when trying to buy from Xbox One's.     PBR9002 Purchase issue


    I'm having the same issue as many others when trying to buy from Xbox One's. I tried to pre-order AC Unity but I'm constantly encountering this error "Try some other payment method". I've tried changing my account's password, email address, removed all
    my credit card info but it just isn't working. Also, my brother has the same error code popping up when he tried to buy Unity. We have both bought ~10 games each for the Xbox One with no trouble whatsoever. Please fix this error as soon as possible, although
    I missed out on the pre-order bonuses already, so thanks for that.

    Ori and The Blind Forest Definitive Edition I

    I can't purchase Ori and the blind forest DE. It keeps giving me this error PBR9002. I have enough money in my MS account for the 4.99 upgrade and it isn't accepting payments from my master card either.

    From the US Market, but I'm not sure if the market matters cos I've seen numerous people with the same payment error and they're not all using the US Store. Or so they've said.

    xbl is having tech difficulties right now including marketplace. there has been a service bulletin out on xbox.com regarding this for a few days now

    Having the exact same problem,and i'm in Canada,so no region does not matter,I've seen someone from Boska saying he had the issue.
