PBR9002 - No support

    PBR9002 - No support


    I am continually encountering error code PBR9002. I am from the UK and have been in Korea since March. I've been using and digitally purchasing content through the UK store whilst in Korea for 6 months without any issues. Error code PBR9002 appeared over
    a month ago; having added valid new payment methods without success I contacted Microsoft support to discover that my billing account has been blocked.

    I have now contacted Xbox Support a total of 6 times. The first 4 were supposedly fixing the solution. Attempt 5 escalated my issue to the advocacy team who would contact me within 72 hours. 5 days later still nothing. Attempt 6 has now recovered the same
    ground as attempt 5 and i'm again waiting on the advocacy team to get in touch......still waiting

    The problem has been going on for over a month.

    Is there anyone i can contact directly to resolve this issue? Having read the forums i understand the region and physical location match that may be required, though it's been working perfectly for 6 months?! However, as i understand it until i can speak
    to someone and verify that it is me and my account, then the block won't get lifted regardless of a region change.

    Any assistance/guidance on how i can actively go about unblocking my billing account would be appreciated - who can i call? is there a billing verification tool within Microsoft commerce? as currently Microsoft support has been non-existent and there is
    no resolution in sight.

    Got the error, Called Support, Worked for 1 hour, now back PBR9002. PBR9002 - No support :(

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately, as this does seem to be a billing issue, there is nothing anyone on the forums can do to help. You would need to continue dealing with phone support.
