    a error message aswell...

    Hey there,

    I have exactly the same error.

    It started as a PBR9002 after following all the instructions on the website (changing payment method, ensuring correct information etc) I called Billing support as I was getting error 30225 on the commerce site. I was told by the billing specialist that
    because I had made so many purchases (Duh it's the holiday season and new games come out every week) that my card had been suspended on MS due ensure no fraud was occurring.

    Ok so fair enough I said, I then spent 45 mins on the phone and I was told that I could no longer use the payment methods I had on record as they where now permanently banned from MS. I explained all I had done was follow the instructions as they had been
    provided, but as I had entered them multiple times they where now flagged as fraudulent and my only option was to enter a new payment method (CC or paypal) in 48 hours.

    I have been using my Credit Card on the MS site for 7+ years without issue. Based on the problems you guys are all seeing which is the same as mine, I can only assume that MS is having issues with it's commerce site.

    I have yet to enter a new method of payment to my account (48hrs is not up yet) but I'm hesitant to do so based on the fact that it seems many consumers are facing the same issues.

    Exactly the same problem here, never before have I had any problem making purchases for games and the one game I had truly waited for and really wanted to buy (Halo: Master Chief Collection) I can't buy... What is up with this problem? Please find a solution
    as soon as possible and let me know, I truly am disapointed.
