    At first I was having problems with the store and pins not appearing on the dashboard, but whenever I try and do something it asks me to sign up for xbox live. I was able to play up until last night. Whenever I try to renew my gold sub (which I've had on
    auto renewal for quite some time on my paypal) it comes up with PBR40441. I tried using the error code search and it returns nothing. Anyone else get the same error code? If so what did you do to resolve it?

    This might be a billing related issue (another post I found with the same code had problems with a credit card on their account-the OP never said if the issue was resolved unfortunately). If it is billing related, it's best resolved by contacting phone support
    so they can help get it straightened out.

    You can go to: support.xbox.com/contact-us for the contact number in your area, and there is usually a callback option so you don't have to wait on hold.
