    PBR40441 I keep getting this error code when trying to renew my xbox Gold


    The error code is kindly explained with the description of "Sorry, that's as many as you can have Only a limited number of these are allowed on any one account." It makes no sense that I would get a code because first off it is meant to be renewable and
    to top it off Xbox harasses me every time I get on about how I don't have gold... Honestly at the constant down time xbox has i it really even worth my time fixing this problem?

    Sorry to hear about the error! Do you already have three years of Xbox Live stacked on your account? If so that is why you are unable to add more time. If your account does not have 3 years of Gold on it, please contact our chat or phone support agents through

    I'm actually out of gold, i have been playing for 6 years, but i do not believe I have any time stacked. With stacked meaning owning 3 years more than you actually need..

    Hi.

    I was getting the error code 80190848, when trying to renew my gold membership but, also when I was trying to download anything from the marketplace.

    I have since activated a 48 hour code so I can play online for now at least but when I try to renew Gold membership now I get a different error message... This time it says something like. "There is a problem with your account. Go to
    https://account.live.com to resolve it... There appears to be no helpful info here at all
