    I did the 1 month free xbox live gold offer and i played it for 3 days (just 3 days passed after i did the offer) and it disappeared my account is now saying it's xbox live silver

    i tried to do the offer again but i got PBR40441 error and i tried to get 1 month paid offer but i got PBR40441 error again how can i go gold again guys please help

    Error code PBR40441

    I'm getting error message PBR40441 when I check my Xbox live gold, telling me I'm no longer gold status and "sorry, that's as many as you can have" "only a limited number of these are allowed on any one account". I tried speaking with support, and it said
    wait would be less than a minute but I got no contact and it won't let me choose the phone option. Help?

    Sorry to hear it. If you added a month of Gold but only got a few days then you'll need to contact phone support for more assistance. If you live in North America then dial 1-800-469-9269

    • Error PBR40441
    • Only a limited number of these are allowed on any one account.

    That code you are receiving is appearing due to an attempt at purchasing a limited promotion. Take a look at this

    support page    . I would sign into account.microsoft.com and review your subscriptions as you are appearing as a Gold account here on the forums.

    Have you tried deleting and recovering your account?
