    Power Problems

    I have the Skylander edition Xbox360 (slim?). I'll be playing it and it will be fine, then I turn the power off and my 360 controller flashes until I unplug battery pack on controller, then when I go to turn it back on by the power button on the front, nothing.
    So I unplug for 10 seconds then plug back in and it works. I have no idea whats going on, I hope someone can help!

    Could you clarify what happens when you plug your Skylanders base into your Xbox 360 console? Have you tried different USB ports on your console?

    The more information we have, the better we can try to troubleshoot. Pb skylander usb does not turn xbox360 :)

    Xbox Fitness crashes to home on my console too. I don't have any Skylanders, or any other extraneous USB devices plugged in. I have hard reset my console multiple times and this does NOT fix the issue. This is not a Skylanders issue.

    How many truly broken Kinects?

    I had an issue with my Kinect sensor switching on and off. The problem turned out to be the Skylanders portal connected the the USB port on the back of the Xbox.

    I suspect that anything that draws power from the USB port could cause the Kinect sensor to stop working properly
