    It seems I am having a common problem like so many others I have not been able to play any of. My free games with gold for several months now .

    I find it rather far fetched that Microsoft does not allow PP cards (yet allow prepaid cards) if the US government and the ITS recognize my Pay Pal card and account as a legitimate card why do I have to get another card to use for down loading a free game
    through MS?

    Huh xbox supports paypal

    So do most online providers

    If you however have billing issues

    You need to take care of it

    If you are on a foreign military base you do realize you need to correct the address right?

    You can call support for assistence for military addresses

    Do you mean prepaid paypal cards? Thats because its not reoccuring payment option

    Yiu need a crreditcard on file

    Us government doesnt usually accept reoccuring charges

    If you have a payment plan thats different thats like doing a direct debit

    If this is the case by a subscription card from Walmart or the xbox site. If you are buying a specific item it should allow you to use a prepaid card. The problem with subscriptions is that people would get the prepaid cards and then not add money to
    them again. So they cannot be charged until funds are added, many subscription services do not allow prepaid cards because of this issue.
