    Why do we need a credit card to download free Xbox 360 games?

    Like "oOo ItsmeAJ oOo" says just ad a paypall account.

    Status Code: 80167611 or something like that.

    Try making a Paypal account and assign the card you attempted to make the purchase, on your Paypal account. Then use the Paypal account as your payment option.

    'Paypal not set up correctly' - suggest you delete Paypal in your Xbox Live account then add the PayPal account back in.

    Perhaps if the paypal account you are trying isn't working, try creating a new one and adding it.
