Paypal problem

    Why is it that paypal (even though i've set mine up) doesn't show up as a payment option on my xbone? All it says is "add a credit card"

    Why do i need to have a creditcard attached to my paypal account? I quote: it must either have a valid credit card attached to it or a positive money balance". I do have a positive money balance, so they shouldnt ask me to attach a credit card, rigth?
    Ive been using paypal on other sites with no problems.

    you possible have a different Region on your Profile compared to your xbox one.

    you can Change Region Settings on xbox one easily and everytime you Setup a different Region the first time it automatically creates an empty billing address which you would have to populate.

    you can Change Region for a xbox 360 Profile on
    live.xbox.com/AccountMigration    .

    it will Show correctly when regions are set correctly

    Have you tried purchasing the points both on your console and on this website (See the top right corner and click "add points" to do it on this website)



    Also, have you tried clearing the system cache? See here:
    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    Do that and then restart your console.



    If that does not work try taking the paypal account off and then back onto the account.

    I tried on my console and on my microsoft account. Same issue.
    I was having problems with paypal on mixer so it might be a paypal problem
