    Hello everyone

    I am Turkish and using turkish paypal account on my xbox one but my xbl account is US. Because there is no official support here and i have to do this. Well it was working fine until a couple of days before. But right now when i try to buy stg it says try
    another method and gives pbr9002 error code. Gift card seems to work but i cant also buy gift cards from microsoftstore.com . So i am helpless right now. Is there a way for me to buy things from xbl? I know it may be illegal but this is my only option.

    Ps: some other turkish xbox one owners also seem to have the same problem and although there is official support and many more advantages for ps4 we still choose xbox one and it is really sad. Lastly this problem begin at the same time when microsoft announced
    the new markets for xbox one including Turkey but it may be just a coincidence.

    I dont know if you fixed your problem....I have the same issue at this moment and Im mad. Girlfriend bought Silent Hill HD collection with my paypal just fine last week, today I try to buy F1 2012 using my paypal on the same XBL account and it gives me same
    thing as you. I just went and bought some cheap stuff using my paypal on ebay and it worked like srsly MS fix this up its annoying.

    hi all!

    I have tried Twitter and phone support to fix this problem, but nothing worked so far.

    For the last few days I cant purchase anything on Marketplace using my PAYPAL payment method.

    It worked perfectly until the last time I tried, a month ago.

    Now, if I try on console, it says "Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later".

    If I try on web xbox.com, i get the following if I try to add MS Points: "Your payment instrument could not be authorized. Please contact your provider, or try a different payment option."

    I have already contacted PAYPAL and they said there was absolutely no connection from Microsoft tryint to validate a purchase on the last 7 days.

    So, PLEASE, can someone try to help me get the Paypal option working again?? I have no other method I can use!!

    Phone Support     regarding your billing issue.

    If that doesn't work for you, please create a new thread detailing your issue a bit more.

    Hi Xedthrisev, I have seen in the past that Paypal tends to put a temporary block on transactions if they are made too close to eachother. I would recommened either using a prepaid MSP from a store or Amazon.com, or wait 24-48 hours from the last time you
    made an attempt using your Paypal again to make the purchase.

    I was able to buy more points through the actual Xbox 360 console one time, but then that started giving me the same errors.
