Paypal free Game Pass month code not received (Italy)

Hi everybody, I'm writing from Italy so excuse me for my bad english...

as many people here on 17 october I purchased a month of Game Pass and I payed with Paypal to receive the free month, according to the promotion.

Three weeks have passed and no extra month code was sent to me. I checked the subscription status in my Xbox page and it still says I have only one month of Game Pass. I doublechecked the conditions for the promotion in the local website (italian) and I'm
fully in for the promotion.

What should I do? Thanks in advance!

Paypal Game Pass promo

I purchased a month of game pass with paypal as part of the promo to receive a free month. It said I should receive a code within 2 weeks. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't received a code for a free month.

 

No free month of Xbox Game Pass after paying with PayPal (recent Promotion)

On 16th October I purchased one month of Xbox Game Pass with PayPal as per this promotion:

However I not received anything in my Xbox message centre. Are there any delays in codes being sent out?

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulty setting up the Game Pass subscription the way you would like.

If your subscription details don't reflect your newest account update, then I would suggest redownloading the account as outlined on our support page entitled

How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One and see if that does change what it says.

If that does still not reflect what you had paid for then it's probably best for you to contact
Customer Support
directly and see if you can have this looked into personally by an agent.

Give those steps a shot and let us know how they helped resolve the issue.

Thanks for the answer but I think my problem has been misunderstood.

According to the promotional page, that is no longer avaiable, I was supposed to receive an extra month of Game Pass after buying and paying a month of Game Pass with Paypal, with a code sent via Xbox Message, after 2 weeks.

I buyed the code on october 17, a month have passed and I didn't get any code and my Game Pass is about to expire.

I also sent a DM to Xbox Support via Twitter but i get no answer...

Hi sorry to hear this what I did was I cancelled games pass then paid through PayPal for the next month worked for me.
