Paypal doesn't work

Please, I really need help.

Recently I was trying to buy some games and the 1$ deal for the Game Pass Ultimate with my paypal. Everything was normal at first, until I finished putting the accounta and it said "Your account wasn't authorized or added". It said this both on the Xbox One
and my pc. I don't really know what to do, since I always put everything right and check it twice, even authorized the purchases on my phone. I thought it could've been my adblocker but it wouldn't make sense for it to not work on the Xbox too. I don't really
know what to do and don't have any other pay to purchase. Please help.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having an issue adding your paypal. When you get the message your account wasn't authorized or added is this talking the Paypal account? If so, you will need to reach out to Paypal and see what the issue is
with the account.

Same for me i try to buy 1000 MS since yesterday and i get :
