    Hi guys so I just want to try a free trail of xbox gold so I put paypal as my payment menthod and I'm kinda confuse on paypal billing id what do that mean would my card still get charged if I buy a game. I'm trying to buy titanfall deluxe edition.

    I did in fact, switch my payment and billing for my account from a PayPal account to the "Prepaid Gold Card" method but I don't really get how that would cause a problem, and what do you mean by "confirmed anything"?

    billing violation

    i cant renew my membership with a card, paypal or a redeem code. also when i tried to delete a payment option it said i couldn't because there is a billing violation on that card, what does this mean?

    PayPal billing what do it mean

    In order to have Paypal listed as a payment method on your account you need to have either your bank account or credit card listed on it. This means that you would eventually get billed on either of those sources.

    status code 8382025c trying to add paypal as payment method.

    Most billing issues start with 801 as the status code, so I'm a bit stumped as to what your's means. Do you have another payment method you could try to add, if even just to test if it's an issue with the account itself or if it's just the paypal?

    Hey there, that error means that PayPal has declined the payment. A good thing to check first would be seeing if your billing info on commerce.microsoft.com matches the info on PayPal. You may also want to contact PayPal's support.
