    i did not buy any coins when i played ay the first time fifa 18.i was charged in my credit card a several billings.
    i bought a cd of fifa 18 with your certificate
    .i played too fifa 17 more than 6 monthes and i never was charged.in this month i was charged too when i played with fifa 17.
    i believe that someone used my credit card.
    i bought a several games to the xbox and i never had this problem;

    i need a email support about these problems

    meanwhile i stopped to play the games fifa 17-18

    Problem promoting child account to adult account.

    to promote an account you have to put credit card information / paymet information in. Yes its stupid, No as yet I don't know any other way round it.
