    Payments to Microsoft Xbox that weren't me !


    I have noticed several payments going out of my bank account to Microsoft Xbox that weren't me. When I contacted my bank they just said contact Microsoft which is proving to be difficult! It isn't large amounts but happened several times over the last 2
    days getting nowhere fast , help !

    unable to log in to other account

    Xbox support was called before and all that I was told was they weren't able to stop the payment. The credit card on the account expired last year so payments shouldn't be coming out anyway.

    How did you organize payment for MK11? Unless it's via Microsoft balance, I think you weren't charged.

    My game got refunded without me knowing

    It has nothing to do with banking, OP legally purchased the game at the lower price which is clearly microsoft's fault. Moreover the refunds weren't even made in the currency that users originally paid in regardless of the payment method used.

    Mixpot rewards weren't given to me.

    Since that was not a Rewards program offer, Rewards support will not be able to assist. Support in the other forum will be able to. At one point both forums were combined so phone/chat support tend to still send people here.
    Okay. Thank you again. I posted in the other forums when you told me earlier, so hopefully someone will stop by and help out soon.
