Please refund the sum of $186.00 that you have gotten from my bank for items I did not purchase from you. I have the X-Box One Console for my 6yr old. He must have bought items he cannot even use correctly from you all. HE does not understand money or the
value of the stuff you guys are selling him. Please kindly refund me because I need the money to pay for my upcoming rent.

We can't do refunds here on forums dear sir. The best solution is to contact Microsoft support billings and payement. Wish you best of luck...

Step up a
family account and have your child on a "child account"

I would also suggest creating a child account for your son and block him from making purchases. I would also block communications and look at the other child account settings.
