    I have a pre-paid mastercard all registered online. When I go to pay a xbox live membership, Its say Microsoft cannot process my payments every time and everyday. Why is this, and how do I get xbox live without having a credit card, and since they no longer
    sell pre-paid codes anymore.

    Payment Processing error

    It certainly sounds that way. They should know that you never give your details to anyone on the forum. Plus that Gold has always been paid for in currency, it shouldn't be affected by being in the beta.

    Phone support are the folk who are going to be able to help, as they are the ones who will be able to access your payment options.

    Unfortunately this means you purchased membership in the past & that payment instrument never processed the payment causing for your account to have a billing violation causing a suspension.

    You'll be able to get on by calling support 1-800-4MYXBOX & clearing that balance you never paid with a new payment instrument & request a reimbursement of some type if you believe the charges were invalid or wait a total of 6-8 months for that balance to
    be written off.

    The only reason they're asking to change the payment instrument is because you 'purchased' the membership, but the payment never went through.

    Uh Oh... That shouldn't have have happened. It appears you've found a glitch in the system. (error)

    Suspended until you update your payment options? If you want to update your payment option, just go on your console, access Account Management. Under "Your Memberships", select Xbox LIVE Gold. Then choose "Change Payment Option". Select your good credit
    card. The declined charge will process right away, and your suspension will be lifted. Happy gaming.

    My xbox live account

    The account accepted your payment option, but it doesn't know that you want to use it for your suspended Gold subscription. Trying accessing Account Management on your console. Under "Your Memberships", select "Xbox LIVE Gold". Then choose "Change Payment
    Option". Select your good credit card, and that should fix it. Expect it to process the declined payment right away, and that should lift the suspension.
