Payments for Xbox live unauthorized

You can probably stop the payment through your bank.

This happens because when somebody subscribes any subscription the "Auto Renew" options becomes activated by default and the card cannot be removed as payment method while this auto renew is enable. To turn off you need to login with his account here in

Services and Subscriptions and under Xbox Live should appear the option to "manage auto renew", hit it and should appear "disable auto renew".

If you can't access with his account I think the better is to cancel directly in the bank. I think they can just cancel charges for a specific company and dont need to cancel the card.

I know from personal experience and seeing it happen to others that you most likely will have to get a new card from your bank if you don't have access to the account.
