    For gods sake will someone help me now. I have used Xbox my whol life and I will switch to PlayStation if you do not help me. I just need to update payment details but it keeps saying invalid. I can’t buy anything for 2 weeks. Help??????

    For billing issues, I find it easier to contact support on the phone when online options don't seem to be working.
