    A payment of $15 has been taken from my account. I wasn't aware I had reoccurring billing on and have turned it off, but because I paid for the ultimate games pass month on pc I thought I would try it. I tried to install battlefield V through to ea play Xbox feature but It says I don't have the games pass. If I don't have the pass for pc why was $15 taken from my account?

    For billing issues, I find it easier to contact support on the phone when online options don't seem to be working.
