    It says that i owe $19.03 but i have had the gamepass canceled before that and it charged me but the card couldnt pay for it so it says i owe 19.03 so i cant pay for live until that is payed. If someone can help i will be so happy.

    For billing issues, I find it easier to contact support on the phone when online options don't seem to be working.
