Recently I got a free one month gold and I stopped renewals so I just had that gold and I came back at the end of the 1 month because I have a 3 month prepay code and I was getting an error only to realise they took 2 more payments off me after I declining
further renewals and now I cant redeem any code or pay back, is there any other way? because I didn't even get the other 2 months so why do I have to pay for them?

You can log into his and your payment method, after downloading the content with your card you can delete your payment details from his account so your son can't use it without your permission.

yes they've robbed me of f 2 months payment, best bit is I don't know what it is or how they can take money out of my account without my permission

You should not use your mom's credit card without specific permission to do so. Microsoft does have a secure payment network for the Xbox and Microsoft store.

Or you can go and cancel the re occuring payment.

Its no different than any other service if you subscribe you need to personally unsubscribe so you dont get charged without your permission.
