Payment update not recognised

    not been recognised as gold member yet renewed it. should be getting 10% back on purchases not 5%. shown got a payment of £4.05 but should be doubled as stated im a gold member. any advice

    I HAVE AN ERROR CODE ON UPLOAD STUDIO UPDATE WHICH HAS FAILED CODE NOT RECOGNISED WHAT CAN I DO ?

    Payment update not recognised

    It can take up to 48 hours after the info is changed for the account to catch up. However, you could contact phone support and ask to speak with billing to get them to help you speed things up.

    Cannot use Paypal bank account to purchase

    Atleast Xbox is recognising that you have payment options :\

    For me, Neither my Visa card, or my Paypal are showing up, and they are registered to.

    Yes, solely for SE though. When SE first did this new payment option, Crysta wasn't available in every country as it wasn't legally recognised as viable payment. SE is apparently working on restoring a direct payment method for FFXI.. which is what they've
    been 'working on' since last August, but no information about it or when its being implemented yet.
