    Hello Xbox Support,

    My creditcard didn't have enough money. Now i want to play on my Xbox and added money to my Paypal account.

    Is it possible that you can arrange that the money will be deducted from the Paypal account instead of the Mastercard, as my payment was unsuccesfull and don't want to wait for a week or more.

    It is strange i can't pay via other methods rightaway.

    Please help me out,

    Hello,

    i cant add paypal as a purchase Option in the xbox menu after the latest System Update, where the microsoft points were dismissed, to rent movies etc.

    Is it still possible to pay with Paypal? I have added this payment method in my account but it doesnt appear in the xbox menu when i am asked for Payment.

    i can only choose add creditcard or debit payment or purchase via account. But i dont know how to add the money to my account via Paypal now.

    Hi,

    It is sadly not possible to split the payments, you have to pay full by 1 Creditcard, PayPal or from your Microsoft Account Balance.

    you can't you need a renewable payment option

    Creditcard debit or paypal or bank account no service allows you to pay only with gift cards for subscriptions except for prepaid membership cards

    If you have a paypal account you can use that as a payment method
    I do have a paypal account but it keeps asking for creditcard information, even with the paypal method..
