    on the 18th April my son purchased GTA $ but the payment was taken from my account, but not allocated to his GTA fund, so we did it again and it worked, so it has taken payment from me twice, but only given him GTA $ once...

    Was there a problem, or a delay on that day?

    I know things have been difficult with the internet lagging, but it did not give my son the money he needed for his game, even though Microsoft has taken the payment twice?

    The last response I received did not work!

    Please help...
