Payment suspension xbox live gold

Hello, That ALOT Of money to be owed. Thats not even one year of live. You need to go to your microsoft account and log in. Go to payments and billing and see what it states there. Were you previously on automatic payments? Have you cancelled you debit
or credit card being used on the account?? Has any previous payment options used been claimed a fraud?? We need alot more answer from you to find out a good solution.

Microsoft account at our website
and going under the order history to make sure there are no issues with your purchase history. Once verified I suggest contact customer support by following these steps.

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
• Step 2 ----select see more options then subscription changes
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
• Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option. I hope this helps in reaching customer support. Please

The account accepted your payment option, but it doesn't know that you want to use it for your suspended Gold subscription. Trying accessing Account Management on your console. Under "Your Memberships", select "Xbox LIVE Gold". Then choose "Change Payment
Option". Select your good credit card, and that should fix it. Expect it to process the declined payment right away, and that should lift the suspension.

Suspended until you update your payment options? If you want to update your payment option, just go on your console, access Account Management. Under "Your Memberships", select Xbox LIVE Gold. Then choose "Change Payment Option". Select your good credit
card. The declined charge will process right away, and your suspension will be lifted. Happy gaming.

for you. If not, if you're still getting the suspension message when you sign in, here's what I'd recommend doing.

Sign into your profile on your console. Make sure you're connected to LIVE. Go to Settings --> Account --> Manage Payment Options. Make sure you've got a good payment instrument on file. Whether you need to update your existing credit card, or add a
new credit card or PayPal, once this step is done, return to Account Management on your console, then go to the right, under Your Memberships, and choose "Xbox LIVE Gold". Then select "Change Payment Options". This menu is where you tell Xbox which payment
instrument you want your Gold to draw money from. If you're in suspension, you'll have a charge that's overdue. If you're on the monthly, this may be for up to two cycles. If your new payment instrument has the funds available, it will take the money right
away, and the suspension should be lifted.

At this point, the old payment instrument should no longer be attached to your membership. If it's not connected to any other instruments either, you should be able to remove it through the Manage Payment Options menu.
