If you have unknown payments from your credit card or other payment provider, you need to call them to query these payments.

As advised above, payment methods can't be removed if they are tied to active subscriptions. You need to cancel these before you can remove the card.

There is no official way to change date of payment. You can instead try cancel your subscription then resubscribe on the preferred subscription date.

thank you for response i purchased it from microsoft directly but order status in paypal just says pending
