Payment Profile Not Recognizing My Address

Hi, all, I went to update my payment options on the Microsoft payment profile, only it suddenly won't accept my legal address, which is in the format: 111 1/2 Unnamed St. I'm assuming it won't accept the 1/2, but without it that's someone else's address,
porch, and mailbox. I've never had issues with this before on Microsoft, and all my paperwork lists this as being my address. I could just put the 1/2 in the optional box, but the 1/2 is not an optional part of where I live and won't match all my legal documents.
Anyone have a solution/recommendation or know who to contact at Microsoft?

Thanks! I think it was some glitch with auto fill-in; they had me enter everything from scratch and even though it was the exact same thing as when I used auto fill-in, it was accepted just fine. Have a good one.

profile information is correct (address, date of birth, etc...) with the information provided on the
payment method.

Hi Gamer,

If you have been using your prepaid card, then you were lucky pretty much. As these are not recognized as a valid form of payment by Microsoft. Try going to
account website update your address, even if same address just update it.
