    Hey y'all,

    I purchased several DLC content packages on my XBOX One and got a message saying that something happened and they didn't know what and then asked me to try again. I tried a 2nd time and the payment went through. I then checked my bank account however and
    saw the the payment had gone through twice but only got the items once and my XBOX account says that I only bought the items once... hopefully that all makes sense.

    Has anybody else had this issue? Do you know if I can get a refund on one of the payments without losing the content?

    Sorry to hear you've had these problems getting your membership set up. Give phone support a call and let them know what happened. They should be able to help set up the membership for you and may be able to give you a refund on the second charge as well.

    Speak too xbox customer services and explain too them that you have been charged twice for the purchase of one item and request a refund of them for one of the payments and they should be able too guide you through the process.

    Strange issue when signing in....??

    Even with the suggestion, im still being logged in twice. When I select my avatar to sign in, a white box pops up showing the log in process. What should be happening is, select your avatar then it logs you in. Something is still not right on my end.

    The above ambassador is correct :)



    When you make a purchase, it can show as "pending" before its actually taken from your credit card. Once the transaction has finalized, it will show as "settled". Its the same payment showing twice, not the payment being charged twice :)



    If at any point during your membership, you believe you have been overcharged, you can go ahead and contact the Billing Department via
    Phone Support.

    Hi Microsoft, so i was purchasing red dead redemption 1 and 2 bundle costing 974₹ with UPI method. When i transferred the money. When i refreshed the website it said payment not processed

    One more thing this is what the portal said when i payed

    " Your payment is not processed If you want to try again, you won't be charged twice". If you closed Microsoft Store, open it, go to the product and then it says select Buy.",
