    I'm not sure what this is all about I believe it has to do with a purchase on Fifa 14 that has just now got charge to my card but I figured it would of been charged right when I made the purchase.

    I put another card on my account to try and get the declined purchase paid for but when I try to do anything It doesn't let me

    any help would be appreciated

    Hello overdriver in this instance whatever payment option you will use you want it to match the region that is set on your xbox account for ex if Argentina you want the payment instrument to be the same. If you need to change region use this guide region
    change. region change.

    If all else fails you can try to purchase on website. If still having issues feel free to contact us if need further assistance.

    Hey there Charity! I understand you are having some trouble purchasing this promotion. Can you visit our Payment Method guide (forums.xbox.com/.../153161.aspx)
    and ensure your PayPal account meets the criteria for use with Xbox LIVE? Also, can you please try another payment method to see if that works? Let us know if that helps!
