    I'm not sure what this is all about I believe it has to do with a purchase on Fifa 14 that has just now got charge to my card but I figured it would of been charged right when I made the purchase.

    I put another card on my account to try and get the declined purchase paid for but when I try to do anything It doesn't let me

    any help would be appreciated

    You may need to contact official Xbox Support. Since you have tried using a different payment method, the issue could possibly be in your account. You can reach them here: Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Hey there Charity! I understand you are having some trouble purchasing this promotion. Can you visit our Payment Method guide (forums.xbox.com/.../153161.aspx)
    and ensure your PayPal account meets the criteria for use with Xbox LIVE? Also, can you please try another payment method to see if that works? Let us know if that helps!
