    Hello,

    I cancelled my xbox live subscription and I received a mail to notify this cancelation the 21 september.

    But, today I see that Microsoft collected 6,99€ !

    My question is simple : How can I do to have this money back ? I don't understand how they can take my money.

    So rumors ESO is going f2p huh...

    A few MMOs had moderate success after going F2P. But, my problem with ESO is that it's just not a good game. The payment model isn't going to change that.

    Every time I go to confirm the purchase for a 3 month subscription it doesn't let me. So when I press it it just bumps me back to the last screen like nothing ever happened. I am able to buy Microsoft points just not live. If anyone could help it would
    be great. Thank you.

    Payment problem

    Even though you cancelled your subscription it sounds like you didn't turn off auto renewal.

    You can contact support
    here
    as they are the only ones with access to your account & billing info & can issue refunds although i'm not sure whether you can get a refund for a 1 month sub.

    They can turn off auto renewal for you if it is still on.

    First of all, thank you for your answer !

    I just have checked my payments options and I did turn off renewal that's why I do not understand why they take this money...

    If I check my services and subscriptions, I can see that my subscription ends the 10/10/2017, my last bill costs 6,99€ at the 28/09/1017 and they propose to me to reactivate the auto renewal...

    I do not understand because they say my subscription ends the 10/10/2017 and they took the price of one month subscription when I, in principle, could have use it during 10 days...

    When I follow the link you suggest, I only see options which bring me here, on this forum...I tried to phone call them but it appears the service is unavailable the week end...

    Hey there Charity! I understand you are having some trouble purchasing this promotion. Can you visit our Payment Method guide (forums.xbox.com/.../153161.aspx)
    and ensure your PayPal account meets the criteria for use with Xbox LIVE? Also, can you please try another payment method to see if that works? Let us know if that helps!
