    Payment problem


    I've a problem in payment Everytime I try to pay with my visa card I get a message saying "Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card." I tried 2 different visa cards and got the same message. I tried to pay with my card through another platform and it worked properly. Now, I need a quick reply with a solution for this problem.

    Call up support and speak with billing to have them help you remove the card.

    Hey there Charity! I understand you are having some trouble purchasing this promotion. Can you visit our Payment Method guide (forums.xbox.com/.../153161.aspx)
    and ensure your PayPal account meets the criteria for use with Xbox LIVE? Also, can you please try another payment method to see if that works? Let us know if that helps!
